Mr. Anthony Williams
is the CEO of Defense Logistics Management Group, Inc. (DLMG). Tony is a
retired US Army Logistics Officer. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 5
with over 27 years of hands-on experience in leadership, management and
motivation in large military organizations. His distinguished career includes
service in Combat, Combat Support, and Combat Service Support units at all
levels of command throughout the world. Tony’s areas of expertise include
training, supply operations, maintenance and production scheduling, warehouse
and inventory control, budgeting, and project management. His many
contributions to the Army include serving as Maintenance Officer for the operation
of a consolidated Mechanical Maintenance operation supporting a Military
Intelligence Aerial Exploitation Battalion, consisting of over 300 pieces of
ground and aviation support equipment. He was an Battalion Maintenance
Technician of an Armor Battalion within a COUS-base Mechanized Infantry
Division, which was designated as the Army’s Experimental Force XXI (EXFOR)
with the mission of deploying on short notice to fight and win anywhere in
the world. He served as the Contracting Office in Central America. He was
responsible for the logistics support for over 20,000 United States Military
members and allies in the nation. Tony
also served as Senior Support and Staff Officer of the Directorate of
Logistics (DOL), III Corps and Fort Hood.
His responsibilities were for general staff support work regarding
various maintenance projects and studies, which provided backup maintenance
support to include warranty for all units on Fort Hood. Tony has maintained
and balanced a competitive drive and displays interpersonal skills which have
built and lead consistently high performing teams. He is a strong leader that
forms cohesive teams, providing the motivation and direction to achieve
goals. He is the recipient of numerous military
awards and decorations. He attended Central Texas College, University Of
Maryland, College Park and he holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business
Management from Harrington University. After retiring from the Army, Tony is one
of Co-founded the Defense Logistics Management Group, Inc. (DLMG) and
currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Presently DLMG employs
personnel throughout the United State and Over Seas, with the regional office
in Killeen Texas. Tony also serves as the School Board President of New
Beginning Christian Academy, a member of the Association of The United States
Army, Veterans of Foreign Wars, The United States Armor Association and an

Mr. T.J. Carson is President and Chief
Operation Officer of Defense Logistics Management Group, Inc. (DLMG) and will
Program Manage this effort. Chief Warrant Officer Four (Ret), T.J. Carson
served 19 ˝ years as a Warrant Officer, retiring with a total of 26 ˝ years
in the United States Army. His educational back ground includes a Bachelor of
Science (BS) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Cameron University
Lawton, Oklahoma, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Embry
Riddle University Daytona Beach, Florida, and currently a Ph.D.
Student/Advisor at North Central University Prescott, Arizona. Over the last 26 ˝ years, he has held a
wide variety of important logistical and staff positions culminating into his
last assignment as the III Corps Reset/Reconstitution Manager and Contractor
Officer Representative (COR). The Reset / Reconstitution operation expanded 4
states, 5 Military Installations, and 18 different Defense Contractors with a
workforce of over two thousand contractors and government personnel. His
responsibilities were designing, managing, and overseeing the Army’s first
large scale Reset/Reconstitution program in support of about eighty-thousand
pieces of equipment returning from the war zone in various conditions.
As a part of the III Corps Reset program, he was responsible for briefing
Army Staff General Officers, AMC Commander, FORSCOM Commander, Division
Commanders, and Staff at all levels on strategy, progress, issues, and future
plans in relationship to RESET and Logistics. In addition to the III Corps Reset
program, he was also responsible for providing a technically proficient
Commanders Maintenance Evaluation Team (COMET) of 19 civilian personnel to
assess and evaluate the III Corps maintenance and supply posture, which
provides training for the individual Soldier and Units, in an effort to meet
Department of the Army Standards and Goals. In addition to a distinguished military
career, he has held several Corporate Executive positions, Chief Executive
Officer, Chief Operation Officer, Vice President and Program Manager for Army
Programs. T.J. possesses an extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Management,
Acquisition Reform, Strategic Logistics Planning, Military Contracting,
Financial Management, Personnel Management, and Employment Laws. His
expertise is maintenance management, labor relation, conflict resolution,
Statements of Work (SOW) design, contract creation, and contract vehicle
development, also Contractor Field Team (CFT), management. Over the years he has received numerous
Military and Civilian Awards. In addition, to his distinguished military
career, he has served on Boards and Associations of several organizations,
managing budgets over 480 million dollars with a high level of success. |
