BLACKHAWK'S core competencies are in Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics and Maintenance, and Program Management. BLACKHAWK provides services directly to the Department of Defense, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and major prime contractors.
	L-3 Communications is a prime contractor in Command, Control and Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C³ISR), Government Services, Aircraft Modernization and Maintenance (AM&M) and has the broadest base of Specialized Products in the industry. L-3 is also a major provider of homeland defense products and services for a variety of emerging markets.
	VSE Corporation was established in 1959 with a mission to provide engineering and technical support services to reduce the cost and improve the reliability of DoD systems and equipment. Originally incorporated as Value Engineering Company, VSE has evolved along with the government’s and military’s needs, while remaining true to our roots as a value engineering firm. VSE has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Energetics Incorporated and Integrated Concepts & Research Corporation (ICRC).

	Eagle Support Services is a line of support for US military base ops. The veteran-owned private company offers on-site logistics management to the national defense industry at facilities worldwide. Services include equipment maintenance and transportation, mail and goods distribution, supply chain and inventory management, and warehousing and storage. Management, Training, and Consultants Corporation competency is in the creation of unique solutions to our customer’s needs through the integration of concentrated expertise.
